What we keep

• Your email, given with an order: the order link is sent there, and it is how a lost link is found again.
• The order: the days in it, the amount, its payment status, and the payment provider's reference and notices.
• Download records: which file, when, how many bytes, and a keyed hash of the IP address — not the address itself. It is there to tell a link that is being passed around from one buyer downloading twice.
• Server logs: the web server's access log (IP address, browser, page) for troubleshooting and abuse. It is rotated by size and in practice keeps a few weeks.

The cart lives in your browser's local storage and never reaches us until you place the order.

Who else sees it

• The payment provider, which processes the payment under its own privacy policy.
• The email provider, which delivers the order email.
• Our hosting and storage provider in the EU, where the store and the files run.

Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

How long

Orders and their download records are kept for as long as the store runs: the order link has to keep working, and sales have to stay accountable.

Removing your email

Write to admin@keydata.shop with the order link. We remove the email from the order; the order and its link keep working, but a lost link can then no longer be recovered by email.
